One reason why these clubs are gaining popularity here is because again unlike most other Asian countries like Thailand, China and Vietnam, Cebuanos know English. Maybe not fluent like "Western" fluent, but still enough to easily strike up a conversation. Moreover most Cebuano girls are very accommodating and sweet, which makes them even more likeable to most foreigners and even locals alike. In Cebu, for the sake of easy recall, you can organize the places into three areas where most of these bars and clubs are located- Mango Avenue, Mandaue, and Mactan Island
Mango Avenue

The most easily noticeable place to find the bikini bars, and strip clubs in the city. In a area of the avenue, just facing the the national road, everyone in Cebu knows that this place is where all the hanky panky and naughty stuff goes along. Not to be confused with the area that has the more "legit" drinking places and clubs in the Mango Square area near the Fuente Circle. This area which I'm talking about has around a dozen bars-most of which cater to men. Bikini Bars as what most people might call them, young girls going around the bar wearing mostly nothing but bikini on. Caution should be taken though because from the moment you set foot to these bars, all eyes will be on you and how you will spend your money. Girls will hold you, touch you, talk to you, for you in the end to buy them drinks that will cost you 5 times as more than what you would have paid on the convenience stores. Example. A San Miguel light might cost you 20 pesos in the groceries, while in the bar it may run up to 150 pesos.
"KTV Clubs"
Arena Ktv

By far, one of the more popular ktv clubs in cebu, its often visited by tourists and locals alike. Powerful people and politicians come also to this place, and who can blame them- the place is in the middle of nowhere. Arena Ktv is located in Pier 4 Reclamation Area near BPI Bank just right in the vicinity of White Gold. You won't miss it because of the shining lights and the multitudes of taxi lining up in front of the bar to get passengers/drunk passengers. Going back, when you enter Arena KTV club, the aesthetics is relatively nice compared to other ktv clubs in cebu. Two Floors, Massive stairs, and ktv rooms overlooking a huge huge dance stage. From the looks of it, you can definitely tell that you're going to cough up a little bit more money here. Entrance fee is 200 pesos, but if ever you decide to get a girl then there's no charge. Rooms are free. However you need to get a "ladies drink" for the girl that you're going to be with for the night. Every hour you have to pay 300 pesos for Cebu girls, and 600 pesos for Manila girls. For the first hour you also pay the "Mama-san" 300 pesos, basically she's the one that manages all the transactions for you. San miguel light cost around 110 pesos, which is quite expensive because a san miguel light would cost you 25-45 pesos max in other bars.
